Traffic Shaper

Since version 5.9, TrafMeter has Traffic Shaper feature (aka Speed Control) that allows to setup a maximum traffic speed in kilobytes/sec for any filter. When building the filterset with traffic shaper feature, take into account the following details:

• Traffic Capture must be performed in Active Capture Mode
• Network packet should match at least one rule (except action "Deny") listed in the filter.
• If network packet matches to more than one filter with traffic shaper option enabled, the minimum speed will be selected.
